Jason Ferrante

Mr. Ferrante is a structured commercial credit officer holding a certificate from the American Bankers Association and a Degree from Fordham University. He is currently the President and CEO of Riverside Park Capital, a direct commercial real estate bridge lender specializing in asset repositioning in the New York Metro market. Over the course of his 20 year career Mr. Ferrante has worked at JPMorgan, Wells Fargo, HSBC, and City National Bank where he was part of the commercial structured credit teams. Over the course of his career Mr. Ferrante has arrange and underwrote over 2 Billion dollars in commercial loans and personally oversaw over 500 real estate transactions in the New York metro Market.
